ok before i go into my logos..i have seen a lot of budding designers with lot of creativity submitting their works..great job guys and let it flow!

ok some tips and whatz logo design is all about..logos are the corporate identity of the company, wrong logo does a lot of harm to its image..so first identify what type of target audience does the company have then do the design..and what i feel about lunarpages is its a young vibrant, dynamic company with cool people so i have tried that kind of a design.

logos are used in differant media like letter heads, business card, online etc etc so design for all the medium. you cannot have one logo for the web, one logo for letter head etc etc..

they have to scalable that means what it shows in one inch must be the same as that of a back drop in a 10 feet by 10 feet exhibition stall. (ofcourse lunarpages is gonna go that far...)

avoid back grounds and dark images..they take a lot of time to download..the logo must load in a second before the page loads
on the website..

and as creativity as no bounds there is no hard and fast rules..so you can experiment with your designs..

Great tips.  Besides, logos are generally simple/basic.  I'm not that good with graphics, but I'm going to submit something if I have time this week
