does any one know were i can find the plug in that makes possible to import 3dstudio max files

Well thanks anyway, but yesterday when i was searching for the plug-in i found some for the same propuse they are;

  Vectra 3d is available as a standalone application and 3D Studio Max plugin for Macintosh and Windows.
 
  Swift3d is available as a standalone application for Macintosh and Windows.
 
  Illustrate 5.0 is available as a plugin for 3D Studio Max.

 This last one is very good and has the possibility to download a fully functioning 30 day trial demo
