I would like to make a simple listing of my articles for article.darrellnece.com

This would have some kind of admin so that I can easily modify/change listings.  Do not want to isntall a blog, because that is already installed at blog.darrellnece.com. Just want to install links to articles I have written with a similar feel and look to my main page at darrellnece.com

Willing to pay for help as well.

I think that something like WordPress would be perfect for this - I know you already said you had a blog - but it could be installed in another folder, and configured to your liking.
