The top 10 things every Lunarpages customer should know if a great guide for both long term customers and new clients when it comes to basic information about your web site, support, and your relationship with the best hosting provider on the planet, Lunarpages. 

Will see what I can do.  While that is handy information to have, and is also documented elsewhere on the wiki - the thing that keeps me from doing so is that the "10 things" post is general enough right now for all customers, and this is a restriction that is only for the shared customers.
