I have low visited sites with less then 10 visitors on each and with this 3 month, how long I'm on Lunarpages
I had many times server down.
In last few days I send many email askeing you to move my account to some less overloaded account and I guess
that you didn't like those tickets.

Today Mr. Vladimir Glushich from your support suspended my account with this message:


I have never received before any message from you about high usage !

Anyway I will move to another hosting.

But you locked access to FTP and cPanel and all my files are stolen inside your hosting.

Please help me.

I try many times to call you and spend lot of money waiting and listening music.

AXN, keep in mind that issues involving privacy and account details cannot be discussed by us here in our forums so you are only hearing one side of the story when you read a post about a suspension. There is always much more to it than what is said here. If you noticed what he posted from the tech did in fact offer a backup of his files so he is not going to lose anything. Also if you look at the usage posted, it is very high and long history may mean many things. I am sure all the other users on the server who were affected by this are glad the issue was found and dealt with though I am sorry to see it must be permanent. We try not to suspend if at all possible.
