Hello, I just got a few question about the 30 days guaranty, I am currently in the 30 days money back guaranty but I am just wondering if this is a tricky thing that alot of bad hosting websites do which is (o yeh lets not respond on the ticket tills its more then 30 days then he/she won't be able to get their money back).

I have had great experience with LP and love it, I just need more bandwidth and I decided to switch, but I have tried and now its been 2 Days and like 8 Hrs since I posted and they havn't responded with anything other then asking me to provide any feedback about the service, but no refunds has been made or announced by them!

The date we go by is the date of the initial request. It has nothing to do with the times in the rest of the ticket. This is a holiday weekend in the US and the office is closed. They will reopen Monday. All tickets are answered in order from the last reply time so please don't reply to the ticket again until they have answered since that will only cause further delays. Please be patient.

I am afraid there is not anything we can do for you via the forums here.  This needs to be handled by Lunarpages support. Also if you could give me your ticket number I could see if this is being looked into for you.  Thanks!
