Max and everyone:
Some changes afoot at Radio Crystal Blue!! I am preparing to take back my website and HTML duties from my exgirlfriend who I entrusted with making timely changes for.
Background:
In August I lost every inch of my hard drive, and my PC was held hostage until it could be reformatted.  I lost lots of info.  At this time I got my old webeditor, NetObjects back, and I have built templates on there from scratch..they are ready to roll!!
I have one Lunarpages page..it is http://cblue.lunarpages.com  What shocked me was that the ex used 2 layers of code..Front Page Express 4.0 and AceHTML(freeware) to make alterations.  It appears I will have to create that whole page from scratch as well.
My question is about uploading new material. Do I erase all the code?? Or must I begin with a new page? And how do I do that?

Also, since I do plan to sack her, what is the best choice of action?  Should I just change the password on her? Or what?

My other pages are hosted by a different company, which have all suffered the same fate.  I am not sure what to do in File manager or Mail manager to change anything.

All this time the way I've uploaded files was to use WSFTPLE and a password.  She would then take it, and I assume she would go to the cpanel and edit code directly.  I want to know my options and what to do in the future about ftp.

By the way I should mention that I was liberal in giving her all the passwords and emails that I got from support. Big mistake I guess. Need to know how to get her out of Lunar. I don't need to do it at this moment.  But I do need answers.
I have a paid account. I also just got a free account I haven't even touched yet. I did give her emails about that too.

Can't you just make up with her?!

Anyway,

You can overwrite the existing files with FTP, or create them from scratch if you like. You can also use CPanel to edit the html directly.

The best way to stop her from changing anything is by logging in yourself to Cpanel (and the normal control panel for the trial account) and change the password.

You will have to do the same for the pages hosted by the other company, but login at their webpage, not lunarpages.

FTP access for the trial accounts is ftp1.lunarpages.com

FTP access for your paid account will be www.radiocrystalblue.com

Good luck.

Update:
Just an FYI first.  The interface for making changes and such is very difficult. I couldn't figure out how to get to the HTML editor. Then suddenly I found it.
While I was there, I made some basic text changes. But I cannot add or view images on the site.
When I try to add an image, it asks for an http:// to reference from. All my images I want to use are on my computer.
Also I had mp3 files...but suddenly I just see only the .gifs for them and they will not link to the sound files at all.
The person I entrusted the changes to has just been informed.  I had enough of her...and I need an answer at all speed so I can show her I can do this instead of her.
