FTP,I use FileZilla .I can't open folder:
Command:   PASV
Response:   227 Entering Passive Mode
Command:   LIST
Response:   125 Data connection already open; Transfer starting.
Response:   226 Transfer complete.
Error:   Connection timed out
Error:   Failed to retrieve directory listing

when I rename this folder:
Command:   RNFR default
Response:   350 File exists, ready for destination name
Command:   RNTO default11
Response:   550 default11: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

how to reset folder??
