HI, I need help.  My ticket id is 787370, now 12 hours passed but nobody answer me. Please unsuspend my site so i can remove some items from my site. Now it is night here, I need my site unsuspended before i go to sleep so i can remove these items. Thanks .

Hi, Thanks. After i write this topic, some one answer my ticket about 1 hours ago.  I known this is not the right place to solve my problem. I just want to notify here because i really need someone solve my problem faster.  Now i still waiting my new answer,  i really want to solve the problem before i go to sleep.  You know we have different times. Thanks .

All tickets are answered in the order that they are received, with or without notifications posted here on the forums (unless the ticket has unusual circumstances).  The best way to make sure that your ticket is answered in a timely matter is to include as much information you can about the situation inside of your reply and not to post multiple replies to a ticket before support has had time to reach you as they may bump your ticket down in the order of those being looked into.  Thanks for your time, and hope to hear you have your situation taken care of soon.
