Just curious, how long does it usually take billing (
billing@lunarpages.com) to respond to a time-critical ticket? It's been 25+ hours now and I haven't heard anything aside from the ticket being received. They charged my account $16 for a domain that hasn't been registered through them for months, and I want to ensure that all of my accounts are canceled well before they try to charge me for hosting again on top of it.
I have read many horror stories online about customers trying to cancel their accounts or being charged unfounded amounts by Lunar Pages without ever receiving proper support, and I want to ensure this doesn't happen to me more than it already has.
