There are a few network issues this morning, so I have decided to merge some of the other posts about the topic into this one so that we can all monitor and keep track of the situation together. As soon as there is new information on the situation I will be happy to pass the word along back to you. Thanks!
Arrgh! Can't get to my website ( www.dooberville.com) and forums nor can I get into my cPanel. Is the HAU server down this morning?

One of our websites (capdir.com) is down and I try to call and guess what? Your phone system is down as well. Nice...
I tried ~10 times over ~10 minutes. Same thing every time. I get busy signal where normally the computer answers the phone and asks what extension you want.

Can't receive email. Can't visit website. But, when I log in to my account via LP's home page it says the network status is ok. Also, control panel will not load (Network Timeout - The server at mania.lunarmania.com is taking too long to respond).

I doubt the phone lines are down, just busy. Just spoke with our support team and there seems to be some network issues at this time. As soon as I get more information, I will be happy to pass it along to you.

When I try to get on my site I get Internet Explorer cannot find page. also when I attempt to get to Lunar help desk to submit a ticket I get same. I have been on hold on phone with lunar pages for over 20 minutes??? can anyone help? I also sent them 2 emails about it I went to lunar and my acct is active till Jan 2009 and I owe nothing of course and it says the server is active? www.makingmemoriesforyou.organd I cannot even get into cpanel?? |

Damn it! All of my sites cannot be reached now!!! It lasted for 30 min!!!! 99.99% uptime? a joke? Please fix it as fast as possible!!!!!!!!!!!! |

yes I am now getting flooded with calls and emails saying HEY your sites down?? DUH I know that lol
I am more mad that I have been on hold for over 35 minutes and lunar doesnt answer??
