Hey Jason, sounds like this might be an unrelated issue as there shouldn't be any after effects now of yesterday's problem.  Could you send me your ticket number and I'll check into it to make sure all that can be done is being done.  Thanks!

Looks like the network issues are back with us again and this simply isn`t good enough.

I can`t get into the following sites.

http://www.wighexpressions.org/phpBB3/

http://www.techsupportteam.org/forum/

http://forumadvertizer.com/index.php

Any idea when this will be resolved?

Much like the above posters, we've had nothing but trouble Lunarpages in the 2 weeks since we joined. It's been down innumerable times and is costing us site traffic. ticket ID is 872060, if anyone can help we'd appreciate it.

As promised, I am back with the latest news.

Seems there is a DOS attack on the Riverside datacenter and we are working as fast as possible to filter it.
It's an issue with the network coming in, and not our servers themselves.  All servers are up.

We have over 25 managed accounts serving multiple websites on each - Only Lunar Pages is giving us CRM issues... We went with Lunar for stability and support, this week we have experienced neither.

We want to have an answer and soon.

Riverside is down - Swan is down - This issue started early last week...

The DoS attack has stopped and the Riverside network is stable again.

Ok Thanks Katrina!

May we ask for a report as to what will be done to prevent this DOS vulnerability from being exploited again - this week, or next?

DOS attacks are going to happen. That is a fact of internet life. We do have special equipment installed to stop these attacks  as quickly as possible and techs working 24/7 to spot these and manage them.

As it relates to this earlier issue, all services should be A-OK.  If you are still having issues with pulling up your web site or anything remotely related you need to talk with support directly here:

support@lunarpages.com

They will be able to help you troubleshoot any related issues.  Thanks!
