Author Topic: my webhosting suspended,and nobody review my ticket!help!!!  (Read 369 times)

HI,my web hosting account has been suspended,my ticket NO. is #781037,why nobody answer me,I have already wait for about two days.

I can not tolerate Lunarpage's support ticket,It's really not efficiency!
Respond time takes very long time!

Now,I can not log in Cpanel,even can not change my domain's name server and can not get my data back,my site just be stopped,and I will lost my business,lost my job.

What should I do,anybody help!!!!

Sry for digging this up but it's the same for me now. It's getting frustrated really. While i was waiting few hours for response i got a second ticket warning. Sooo they can warn me again and not respond to the first one? I was asked to delete few files via cpanel to which i can't even login anymore. Of course i did not receive any email before You suspended my account. What's with that? The first warning was issued on may 6th and till 1st of june i didn't even know about it..how could i? I received email when they suspended me.  This has to be fixed in the future.  I'm still waiting since yesterday. Let's hope it won't take few more days to investigate as you already know and told me in those tickets what files causes trouble :/

Alright. I thought I was the only one going through all the mental tensions and to my surprise the forum has many others... Its been three days... They simply suspend my account without prior notice. Called up customer care, someone tells me that my problem will be looked into within hours and now its like 15 hours and not even a single reply. All my domains are down. My website was suspended and transferred to some temporary server which they call Atlantis.

They transfer it and don't give me the nameservers and my access to cPanel is cut off. Thats it, I'm out of patience. I will wait for one more day. If the problem is not resolved and if I don't get my domains back, its a goodbye to LP. Maybe I'll lose some money but who cares about it when I get some peace of mind with a different host?

But it really shouldn't have happened this way. LP was my favorite even before I had an account with them. I don't even know why all this happened to me! Is there really no one who can hear my plea?

Well i was lucky again with the support as it took only 1 day for them to give me cpanel access again so i could delete files that was marked as bad. It's all working for me now. Many nerves eaten but it's back and working fine again.

But really support in those cases have many things to improve in their work - like the ones i described earlier with email and response time. I hope all will be improved soon.

I've had the same issue.  My account was suspended after I fixed what I found to be the problem.  They then suspended my account and told me there was another file to fix but I had no access so they fixed it!  Thus, my email and website were down for several days for no reason really.  Now, after taking careful steps to get everything in order again, my site was up for a week or so and all of a sudden it was suspended again today with zero notice.  This is just crazy and frustrating.  I like LP but I have to answer to multiple clients on each of my accounts and the clients on one account are very upset right now and asking me what can be done.  I only have one answer for them.
