I bought a 12 months hosting plan and domain name yesterday.But I still don't get a welcome email so far. I think I may gave a wrong email address.....
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I really appreciate! help me please!

By what method did you pay? Some methods take longer than others for LP to receive payment and release the account. Credit cards are usually fast, while PayPal can take a while. Have you checked your junk/spam/bulk email folder? The LP email often ends up there due to its poor design (too many links).

If you did give an incorrect address, email support@lunarpages.com. They will request confidential information (such as the last 4 digits of the credit card you used) to have you prove that you are who you say you are, and can change the email address for you.

I paid it by Credit card, I also checked all my email folders.
I think I really gave a worng email address.
I already sent a email to support@lunarpages.com, but they still didn't reply my message.
Normally, how long they will reply my message?
