hello Lunarpages,

    I'm one of your customer of China.

    From last week, I found I can't login the Cpanel.

    The page https://zibal.lunarservers.com:2083/login always shows "CAN NOT FIND SERVER".
 
    How can I solve this problem? or the server doesn't work.

    My ID in Lanarpages is "<editted to remove username>"

I've sent this mail for several times. But everytime the server sent back. so I can only post here

Concerning this issue, you will want to send an email to support@lunarpages.com, as there will be tests we will need you to perform to determine the exact cause of this issue.

If, in your email, you can include a traceroute to your domain name, this would speed things up.

I tried to sent mail to support@lunarpages.com. But everytime the mail server sent back a message which says THIS MAIL DOSEN'T EXIST.
So I have no choice to post here.
Would you kind to sent this post to the supporting center? Thanks a lot!

Very odd.  Might make sure a simple mistake isn't happening (such as misspelling it).  I would suggest putting in a help desk ticket about it here:

http://support.lunarpages.com

If you haven't put in a support ticket before, you may need to register before putting in your ticket.  We can not troubleshoot issues like this for you via the forums (please see the green forum rules link in my signature) but that should get you back on the right track.

Hello,

We had to correct a misconfiguration in the cpanel config files, which caused MySQL issues on your server. Both MySQL and Apache were reconfigured on the server.A Network status was update to indicate this has happened.

When there are any issues you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

Thanks for your timely reply.
But I still can not see the control panel page. Confused
I mean I can see the page https://account.lunarpages.com/control_panel.php
Went I click the button : Go to cPanel
The page https://account.lunarpages.com/panel_jump.php can be loaded.
But everytime open the page https://zibal.lunarservers.com:2083/login lost.
I don't know the reason why it happens.
And I tried on several different computers, the same thing happens.
This never happened a month ago. Confused

BTW: Network Status shows: Server is OK.
The FTP softwear can well login the server.
