Does this happen often.
I no longer can upload files to my site and I can't even access CPANEL.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at /home/mynick on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

I just changed to Lunar from a totally * provider...not a good start.

No this does not happen often at all. The servers are monitored 24/7. It usually occurs when someone has a runaway script or abuses the server. Please let support@lunarpages.com know about it and which server you are on. They likely have already spotted it but it doesn't hurt to be sure.
