I am posting here in the hope that someone will sort this out because I have not had any replies from billing or support, despite my following the "Replying more than once may delay our response time, because your ticket will be placed at the bottom of our ticket queue." rule and not sent ticket after ticket.

On the 1st of April I emailed billing and told them I wished to cancel one of my accounts, I received a reply from Tommy Wong asking for details which I gave.
Ticket 750749
No response

On the 27th of April I received an email from billing telling me that they  my web hosting account has items due for
renewal soon and they will attempt to charge the account 14 days prior to the renewal date.
I again replied informing them of the previous email and asking why they were going to charge me.
No response.

Today I receive an email from Billing to say they have withdrawn the money from my visa card!! I am not happy!!

Hello, I looked at it and see that Tommy replied to you and then there was nothing further from you in that ticket. I am not seeing any other recent ticket from that email address. That is why it has not gone any further. Please reply to the ticket and be aware that billing is closed on the weekends but will reopen on Monday. This cannot be handled here in the forums.

and I also wrote in response to billings email
and I am aware it cannot be handled in the forums, but when one doesnt get a reply and is also told not to flood support or billing with emails its a bit of a no win situation for customers. Telephoning is out of the question when in UK too.
I will forward all emails again

I see that you have replied, and now it is pending a response from our billing department.  Please note that this can only happen:

Monday -Friday
6:00am PST - 8:00pm PST

I am sure they will be with your issue and responding as soon as they are available to do so.  I am afraid this is a topic we may not be able to help you with here on the forums.  I would recommend contacting support@lunarpages.com to talk with the Lunarpages support team about this issue.  If you have any questions on how best to use these forums please see the green forum rules link in my signature.
