Note: This post does not effect you unless you have used ftp before 7/3

Recently several users have complained that after using ftp to upload a file or create a new directory, they are unable to edit or delete the file or directory through their file manager.  This problem is due to permissions set on new files and directories by ftp.  At first we had new files being created with permissions –rw-rw-rw (0644) but with this setting, the file manager was unable to access the files!

We have updated all file permisions to a higher setting to fix files previously uploaded via ftp.

Just to be clear, this bug has not and will nto effected the preformance of the viewing of pages, it simply effected editing.  If you find that you are recievign errors when editing or deletign any file or direcotry, please let us know.
