Hello,

Could someone give me an update on the Pala Hardware Migration please?  I've contacted support but haven't heard back for a few hours now.  The domain is resolving to the new ip which makes me think it could be finished.  This is a worry as the etimated time for the window where the database data would not convert was 5pm PST on 23rd.  I was planning to take my site down hours before this window to avoid any missed data.  Has this already occured?

The transfer itself has been very good so far, only a short downtime while php wasn't working.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Mitch,

Thanks for the quick reply.  I've been checking that link throughout but there have been no updates to it.  What i really want is the current satatus of the migration and especially whether the db sync has taken place yet.

Thanks

Right now work is still being done.  With updates like this, they are usually pretty good about posting an "all clear" post or message once everything has been completed.

Excellent, thanks Mitch.

So is the window where database data will not convert still expected to be around 5pm pst?

I'll take my site down a few hours before and leave it down until i get an all clear.

Thanks.

Yes, Pala should be back to normal now.  If you notice any errors, please contact support@lunarpages.com so we can get our support team to look into them for you.  Thanks!
