Hello, I'd like to introduce myself first, my name Is Shaelon, and I'm kinda new to lunarpages, I've heard of the company for nearly 3 years now, and I finally decided to purchase hosting.

First off I'd like to say how frustrated I am at trying to get this set-up. I originally questioned PayByCash about using two different payment methods, but considering every time I put in a new order, I get a new ID for PayByCash, thus I can't transfer my paid balance over, so I contacted Lunarpages to have the original order voided. After all of that, I tried using my previous PayByCash balance to use a different payment method, in all, that didn't work, and I just had to finish the payment on the original order to the account which was voided. Once the payment was made, the money was transfered over, now, I have one problem, Lunarpages apparantly has not recieved the payment yet. Payment was made at 16:01 PST today. Any Help?

Hi Shaelon,

Welcome to Lunarpages.

Since this is a billing issue there is really not much assistance that can be provided via the forums (as they do not have that level of access). If you have not done so already I would send an email to sales@lunarpages.com or support@lunarpages.com so we can have someone look into this further.
