If you originally paid with a credit card, LP will automatically renew your present plan by charging the CC. If you want to change your plan, you'll have to contact billing@lunarpages.com a few weeks before that so they can change your plan before you're automatically billed. Of course, you can change to a two-year plan at any time -- you won't lose any money, but I don't know if your remaining balance is applied towards the new plan, or if the new plan starts after the current one expires. If you didn't use a CC, I presume that LP will bill you.
