My forum (www.forumcarvicais.com) is having problems for four days. I've send several mails to lunarpages support and they just send an automatic reply. Thats quite a quality service!!!!
Someone else with the same problem (and same answer)

Your IP Address (can be obtained at http://www.whatismyip.com/) 4.) If applicable, a url we can use to test ( please include username and password if required) .:|Traceroute|:. A traceroute doing the following: Windows XP/2000 1. Go to Start > Run... 2. Enter cmd and click OK. 3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter. Windows ME/98/98SE 1. Go to Start > Run... 2. Enter command and click OK. 3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter. Unix/Linux/Mac OS X 1. Open a terminal screen 2. What exactly is the problem you're facing? I seem to be able to access your site and forum fine.

I would highly encourage you to give support the information they have requested so that they can look into your issues.  Before we can assist you, we must be able to paint a full picture of your problem with as much information we can gather as possible.  If you have any other issues, please feel free to let us know and I hope that helps!
