I am trying to use the shared SSL to put secure images on a shopping cart.  In accordance with the FAQ instructions, it should be as simple as:

https://secure.elen.lunarspages.com/~secti6/Graphics/attn.gif

But I never get anything.  It's always 'cannot find server or DNS error'.  I have been on Lunarpages for quite a while, but I don't believe I have ever been moved from the Elen server.  I can't find anywhere in cPanel where it tells you what server you're on, so I can't really verify that.  Can anybody guide me on how to find out my server name?

Is this the correct way to display secure images so that you don't get that 'secure and non-secure' message when accessing the cart.

Thanks very much for any and all guidance.

Try lunarservers, not lunarspages.

Thanks.  I did try that before I posted this message.  Same deal.

This works fine:

http://www.sectioniiiwrestling.com/Graphics/attn.gif

This doesn't:

https://secure.elen.lunarspages.com/~secti6/Graphics/attn.gif

Is that the proper format to use?  Is there someplace that I can verify what server I am on?

Thanks again.

::UPDATE::

It is the server that you're on.  Based on another post that I found on these forums, I used the phpinfo feature to find what server I was on.  As soon as I plugged in the right server name, the images popped in just fine.  A note to LP Support - it wouldn't hurt to put the server name in cPanel somewhere that you could easily access.  It was more trouble than it should have been to find that out. Just my .02.

Thanks for all of the assistance.

Sorry a little late to the dance here, but the server you are on is inside of your welcome e-mail, or can be seen by logging into the Customer Account Page, and clicking on "Hosting Information".   Thumbs Up
