Yep, my server has been down all day as well.  No website, no control panel, no ftp, no ssh.

74.50.24.47

I submitted a ticket and after first denying that there was a problem, when I insisted that it really was down they claimed that there was a problem but it was fixed.  It did work for about 5 minutes but then nothing again.
I then called and support said yea they know it's down, and don't know when it will be up again.

Hi wheaton, I can confirm your problem - but since your a VPS client I doubt that yours and the one from the previous poster are related.  If you could give me your ticket number I can make sure it gets sent to the right folks to check out.  Thanks!

My site is down since yesterday!  www.tucoche.com.mx

Support keeps stalling (and taking too long to respond)

fabrini88, your web site is currently being held up to to the Hercules move/maintenance.  There is no new news on this yet, but you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.  Thanks!

Thanks Mitch, but the Network Status shows:

" 07-09-2008 12:33:46
Server is OK."

But my website is still down. The move should've been completed yesterday and without or little service interruption.

Do you have an ETA?

Not yet, but once the all clear has been sounded I am sure they will update the forum post on it here:

Thanks!  Thumbs Up

LOL, my server is still offline. Thumbs Up  And network status says "All servers are excellent!". Confused  What a lie.  Obviously the network status link does not actually check the status of the server.  Confused

I called support and told them to move me to a different machine.  If this <50% up-time does not get better real soon I'm going to have to move to a new host.  Evil or Very Mad Snip Snip

wheaton, do you have a help desk ticket I could check into for you?  Just want to make sure that all that can be done is being done in your situation.  Thanks!

Looks like that ticket was closed, due to being a duplicate.  The ticket you want to watch of yours is this one - 859434.  Also noticed that the tickets has only been open a little longer than 30 minutes.  If you have any issues with getting a reply or having support understand your situation, please feel free to PM me here and I can see what I can do for you as far as giving them a nudge in the right direction.  Thumbs Up
