rdsm, please make sure you are not posting multiple replies before support has a chance to get back to you because this may bump your ticket down in the order of those being answered.  Also if you could PM me the ticket number I could check to see if there is anything that can be done that hasn't been done thus far.  Thanks.

I'm suffering from a suspended email account. Website and ftp site seem fine. I'm told by Matthew on the phone that it is because my account is sending excessive spam. I know that we never knowingly send spam so that means that the server must be corrupt allowing some cyber-rascals to use my account to send spam. I have no idea what to do about this and can't get any support from Lunarpages because my email is suspended and they won't call me. Very frustrating, I must say.
earwaxproductions.com is the domain name. Help!

Thanks for your reply.
The problem is when we write to support@lunarpages.com ,there is no reply,and we only get a ticket number,but we can't login to view the ticket(what's the username and password,cos our account was suspended,so can't use that one).. Crying or Very sad

what can I do now~? Crying or Very sad

Well, once you have sent in your e-mail to support@lunarpages.com you need to wait for a reply from our support team.  Best thing to do right now would be to wait until support can review your situation and get back to you.

I would like to suggest that before lunar support is going to suspend an account to both email and call the account owner using the phone number on file. 
This way the account owner doesn't get caught off guard especially if they have a ton of visitors on the site during that particular time for an event. 
It will also give the account owner the opportunity to fix or kill the php process that's causing high CPU load unless the server is completely unreachable due to the runaway process.
