Sorry about the delay.  Some of the in-house teams are out of the office this weekend, due to the holiday.  This is from the support page:

Quote
In observance of the 4th of July Independence Day holiday, Lunarpages phone support will be closed Friday, July 3, 2009. We will re-open on Monday morning, 7am PST for normal business hours of operation.

As always, online support is available 24/7 via our Help Desk at https://support.lunarpages.com

I do see your ticket in the system though, so your situation should be handled as quickly as possible.  Also, we have support working around the clock via the help desk ticket.  Sometimes with new account order, especially if you ordered via PayByCash or PayPal, us getting the payment can be delayed, since it must go from you, to them, to us.  Hope that helps!

Lunarpages when i called them yesterday stated that despite PayByCash submitting the payment to Lunarpages it self, that Lunarpages didn't actually get any funds at the time, because I called them roughly 30 - 60 min after I got the confirmation e-mail, though Lunarpages said that because PayByCash is similar to PayPal that it can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days depending on the situation, and in my case, because I had so many problems trying to submit payment, and paying to the right order, that it could be delayed even further.

In the end, I hope I didn't just lose $76.93 CDN Sad

I would say usually it is anywhere from 24-72 hours, I wouldn't panic though yet - because we had tons of signups handled through that payment method everyday.  Should not be a problem.  Thumbs Up

Understandable to say the least, The main problem is how I placed like 4 different orders because I thought PayByCash allows me to use two separate payment methods, which would mean i'd have to have an account with lunarpages already to submit a new order under the same UserID which caused problems, when I finally completed the entire payment, I already had Lunarpages void the original order which i submitted payment to, so thats where the confusion was.
