Hi, This morning we were unable to reach our site on Xosa in LA, and Proxify timed out. We were able to reach Lunarpages Forum at the time, and didn't see any announcements. Our site is back up now. Can anyone confirm if there was a network latency problem or other issue?

Xosa was rebooted, and all should be fine now.   Thumbs Up

Thanks for the information, Mitch, that helps. Unfortunately Proxify is timing out again now. The first timeout was between 7:20 and 8:20 California time. Could you elucidate possible reasons for re-booting?

Would this be related to the database errors I am getting? My sites are still down and my cpanel is not loading.
I've already contacted support.

I don't know, MauKat. Ours seems to be available again now. Connection was refused for just about a half hour the second time.

I find it helpful when these things are openly announced and explained so that I can learn about how it works.

Well support just emailed my and said they were aware of the problem.  So it is probably something different. I just hope it doesn't take to long to fix.

Not too long... I'm back up!

Support issues as it relates to this (or if it relates to this) would need to be taken to support@lunarpages.com so our support staff could look things over for you.  Thanks!
