I am having quite a bit of trouble and need some help, NOW.

First, I received an email stating that one of my accounts was to be automatically billed for another year.  I wanted to close that account, so I replied stating such.  I received an email back stating that I had to give the last 4 digits of my card number that it was billed to.  I tried to call, but after 15 minutes, and still no answer, hung up.  I sent another email asking how long I had before I was billed for another year, and yet another email came back saying that I couldn't get any information unless I gave you the requested information.  All of this coming from my main email that you have in your records as my main email address.

Anyway, I sent the information you requested on Friday night, and still have not received anything back, and it is Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 11:33 am as of this writing.

Another problem I'm having is viewing the ticket that was assigned.  When I go to view the ticket, it asks for a username and password.  I used the only user name and password I know of  and it says that it is not good.

Someone please give me some help.  I'm getting frustrated here.

It is the weekend (not regular business hours), so billing will be closed until Monday morning. Support can do nothing for you except to pass requests over to billing.

The ID and password for support tickets is separate from that for account access (cPanel/CAP).

Thanks MrPhil.  That explains things.

Well, the weekend is over, and I've received nothing back from billing yet.

It's not going to be good if Lunarpages bills my account after I've been trying to contact them about closing my account.  Is there any administrator or tech people that can help me out at this point?

I am afraid this is a topic we may not be able to help you with here on the forums, as it needs to be dealt with by official Lunarpages support.  I would recommend continuing to work with the Lunarpages support team about this issue.  If you have any questions on how best to use these forums please see the green forum rules link in my signature.

Also this thread maybe a good one to review:

If you have a ticket in the system, it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.  Best advice for now would be to not reply to your own ticket, as that will bump you down in the order of tickets being answered.  Thanks for your time, and if you have any questions on how best to use or forums here please let us know.
