I had the misfortune of buying hosting at Lunarpages under shared hsoting plan.
The site has been suspended for "running TGPs"
There are no TGPs on the site, just a simple html page with about 40-50 thumbnails that are static, not clickable. It is home page of an adult pay site with absolutely no script, ftp, sql, nothing other than 50 thumbs and two text links.
I have not received any answer to where the TGPs are?
When I call support on phone, they say they can not bring up page because site is suspended and hence can not help.
The email to support team does not get any response for over 15 hours. Meanwhile I suffer because site is down.
What kind of support this is?

This is not a matter for our forums as our forums are not for official support and issues such as this one cannot be discussed here in an open forum since it involves private account information. Your ticket is on a higher level desk awaiting our techs. All the tickets on that desk require special more in depth assistance so replies can take longer. This will require  the help of a server tech to resolve this.

I agree that this should not be discussed on an open forum.
After all there has been no resolution, no replies in past 30 hours !

I see that your ticket is a special case and is being reviewed at the highest levels. They will reply once a decision has been made. I do apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
