Why is the FTP connection slow when the filemanager works fine?
I get the Timeout all the time with ftp.

Please tell me what to do.

ftp bandwidth (at least for free accounts) is on the slender side of things to prevent abuse. depending upon different variables on your end as well as lunarpages end of things can compound the problem even more and make things even more slow. sorry for any inconvenience.
