From a design perspective, they're obviously pros.

Wondering a few things though. Why the inconsistencies in case on the dropdown  menus? Why the low opacity setting  on much of the text? Why the non-resizable browser window?

Also, until I temporarily allowed popups, I got a javascript error.

Unlike many others, I like Flash websites so I appreciate the design.

Yeah, I don't doubt that it's a top-notch design, but the initial "click here to open flash window" kinda turns me off

If you can't design an attractive, standards-compliant website using nothing more than Notepad and a decent graphics editor, you need to rethink your approach to web design.

Well done, slick looking site, but... I, too, have a problem when I first come to a website and am asked to "click here to enter"- most of the time, I just pass on by.
Also- I didn't get very far in to the site- when I got to "About Us -> Mission overview" -> Take a tour, I clicked on the link and........... nothing. I realize I am in the minority (Xandros Linux OS), but I do have Flash, Shockwave (via Crossover Office) and pretty much every browser plugin available.

I have to agree with the others.  It's a very slick site, way beyond my current capabilities.  Smooth navigation, slick design, but there's minor things that bother me.

For me, the first thing I noticed was how hard it was to read the text in the top half.  The white letters, especially narrow letters like "i", on the red background blur out.  And the grey letters on a cream/beige background are just on the tough-to-see side for me.

This is for viewing with an older laptop so I'll not vote until I can see it with my desktop.

I need to add that I always try to look at the core audience for a website- and the overall "slickness" of this site is way high on the graphic design/ corporate website scale.
I mean- the graphic design is tops, and a lot of Corporate people want a website that is like this- so even though *I* find the usability low, that's my personal opinion, and I'm not the market that they are going after (I'm no corporate wienie Wink).

I agree but you'd think the text would be more easily viewable, the menu wouldn't be so inconsistent in case, and that they would know that most users hate popups which is basically what their site is.
