Author Topic: I bought a Lunarpages Basic Plan,but i can not find the Extract File Contents  (Read 3043 times)

when i want to Extract the  Compressed files,but i can not find the Extract operation.It only show this information:"uploadfile.zip
File Type: data

Show File Contents
Delete File
Edit File
Change Permissions
Rename File
Copy File
Move File

File Url: http://www.onepound2008."
have no find 'Extract File Contents' Sad

Since it is calling it "data" rather than "zip archive data", I would say the file is likely corrupt and you will need to verify you can open the file on your own computer and reupload the zip file again.

Hi,thanks for your reply but still we have got the same problem.There is no doubt that my files are correct,and I can extract it in another host.So is there any operation I should know.

Please open a ticket with support@lunarpages.com if you are sure the file is ok after reuploading it. We may have to run a command in shell to extract it for you since Cpanel is not recognizing it.
