First reply was to enable my PHP5, which is already enabled.
2nd reply is:
Hello, I apologize but this would not be possible on our shared hosting environment. This limitation is applied to all accounts on the server. You will need to check into our VPS or Dedicated plans. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please don't hesitate to contact us again if you have any further questions
Now, I understand the shared hosting issue, but then again, if those features are supported via PHP5, then obviously they are not working correctly. if that is the case, how do you resolve the issue?
