If You Want TO BUILD MUSCLES FAST

 http://bodybuildingmuscles0.blogspot.com/
Focus on performing compound exercises primarily, which are movements that will work multiple muscle groups all at once.
Good examples of this include the bench press, squat, deadlifts, shoulder presses, bent over rows, pull-ups, push-ups, lunges, leg press, and step-ups.
train all the large muscle groups in your body. The largest muscles in your body will be in your legs and back - and squats and dead lifts target precisely those muscles.
Train dead lifts hard and you will work all the major leg and back muscles in the one exercise.
Avoid training more than 2 muscle groups at a time.
To build upper body muscle look at the bench and overhead presses, chin up, dip and shrug.
This strategy is ideal and proven effective.

  train hard

focus on lifting heavy and make sure that you do train hard.
the results may Here is your next work out- train hard.
if you work out too often, but do not work hard enough. This means-adding weight each time you train.Try cutting back to only two sessions a week.    This pressure on your muscles will make them to take shape.
results come from months.

train hard and intensively, then rest well

Start by training 2 - 4 days per week Try not to exceed more than approximately 1 hour and a half for the training
if you do work hard enough you won't be able to work out four times a week.
This time is all you need.Anything longer won't make you any bigger.
Try to keep repetition range to about 4 - 12.
Rest time in between sets should be approximately 2 - 3 minutes.
If you work out four or more times a week you're not giving your muscles adequate recovery time.
Muscle grows at rest.
make sure that you are getting adequate rest every single night8 hours of sleep are what your going to want as a minimum

  eat well

Be sure to vary the types of foods you eat.
All diets should be somewhat healthy.
make sure it's good quality food and not junk. Keep focussed on high protein foods like chicken breast, turkey and tuna - these are all low in fat too.
You have to focus on your diet
You can't build muscle out of thin air, so the right food at the right time is imperative.
make sure that you add some fresh fruits and vegetables to your meal plan as well.
