Our Facebook group has also continued to grow by leaps and bounds! 303 members right now, and more are joining up every single day.

Our Lunarpages web hosting Facebook page is still going strong too. We have clients posting their web sites, leaving comments for each other, replying in threads, and more. It has been a lot of fun (and hopefully will continue to be in the future!). However we need you to join us too, if you haven't already. Don't be the last one to the party!

Curious why when trying to access www.facebook.com lately I get redirected to http://www.lunarpages.com/ - this started happening about a week ago. When this first started happening I was being redirected to a CPanel Apache page which was quite odd. I'm at work right now and I've verified the guy sitting next to me can access facebook.com, just not me. Any ideas on why I might be receiving these random pages now, and/or solutions to this problem?

Very odd, not sure what migh be causing that. Could you tell us what shows up in the address bar exactly when you run into this error?

Sounds like there might be some issue/problem local to that specific machine. Might also try a trace route to see where a trace for facebook.com leads you.

You can now show your support for the greatest web host on the planet today, by putting their little planet/orb icon on your own Facebook profile picture. People will ask you, "Oh, where did you ever get such and amazing little icon dealy there?" and you can tell them you got it from Lunarpages, cause you are awesome!* To add the "I support Lunarpages Web Hosting" Twibbon to your own Facebook profile, follow the steps here: Support Lunarpages on Facebook!* - awesomeness is guaranteed if you show your support for Lunarpages today, tomorrow or well, anytime really. Why? Because you rock, my friend - you rock oh so very much.

Lunar pages should use a page instead of a group. Groups essentially become useless after 5000 members and also limit you with a pm which contact with members but not the public. Pages allow you to post and share to members while on lookers cna see your post. also rememer to go to facebook.com/username when you reach 25+ members to change your page name to lunar pages for a more professional name.
