I have been pulling my hair out because of this issue for the past couple days.  I can't seem to get either CMS to aggregate remote RSS feeds.  I have used advice from others who have this problem to no avail.  "allow_url_fopen" is ON in the php.ini.  Is there anywhere else I may want to check?  Is there any extra security measures lunarpages takes when setting up a dedicated linux server with plesk that may be causing my problem?

PHP Version 4.3.9
Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS)
Plesk v8.6.0_build86080910.19 os_CentOS 4.2

Hi Ryang,

We use default Plesk setup for PHP security on dedicated servers. Did you try to upload a simple php file with phpinfo() call on the site that is having this issue to ensure it shows alow_url_fopen() function as enabled? Reviewing error log for the domain would also give you idea on how to get the issue fixed.
