OK here's the deal. I was trying to get my email to work, which it isn't. I read a post here in the forums about email issues and the solution was with the firewall. I was turning on the firewall and going to allow. Then I decided it was probably best not to mess with things I wasn't really certain about. So I clicked the button at the top of my plesk panel, in the virtuozzo area, that says stop container. I thought I was stopping the fire wall. I think I have stopped the entire thing. When I try to go back to the desktop or anywhere else in the plesk panel I get this. Even when I log out and back in.

The DNS server service is switched off.
Solutions:
Restart the DNS server service.
The IMAP/POP3 server service is switched off.
Solutions:
Restart the IMAP/POP3 server service.
The Plesk Control Panel service is switched off.
Solutions:
Restart the Plesk Control Panel service.
The SMTP server service is switched off.
Solutions:
Restart the SMTP server service.
Each of the solutions have a box to check then beneath them is a button to click to apply solutions. I check all the boxes and click the button and after a while I get this message.

It shows no error code or description. My site is down completely. I can't access my plesk panel, other than to get the diagnostic thing above. I even get the error when I try to restart the plesk control panel service alone. I'm an idiot who will not touch anymore buttons I haven't thoroughly researched.
I have a ticket at the support desk, Ticket 1115401 and am awaiting a reply, but I have the patience of gnat. Can you help? Please?
I forgot to add I have Plesk8.6.0 on my VPS. Don't know if that helps or not.
