Attachment to Support ticket

Hi

Apologies if this isn't in the right forum.

I'm trying to set up a new basic hosting account for a client (this would be the 4th account I've set up through LP) however they received a request for confirmation of the credit card used.

I did not receive a support login/pwd so I resorted to using my own support account and quoted the client ticket number, which seems to have worked as I got a response on the support ticket, however I now need to attach the documentation LP require and can't find a way to do this in an open support ticket!! (No browse/attach area?)

Can someone point me at it or tell me how to attach a .jpg to my response in the open support ticket please?
