Title: Billing issue

I was encouraged to come back to LP after my account expired with a 50% discount. I went in to pay the fee and noted two domains that I wanted to remove were preselected. I contacted support and asked for them to be removed. I received an email asking for my information and CC number, since my CC on file had expired I sent my user name and the domains I wanted removed.......no reply, ticket closed. I then entered a new ticket and sent the same issue and still no reply back. Currently I have a ticket on file, now past 24 hours and have not received an answer. I called the billing number and went on hold for approximately an hour. I want to get this done but no one seems interested in keeping a customer. John

54 views but not one answer from Lunarpages, typical, well you fixed the billing but you applied the total charge against my account and ignored the 50% discount you applied to my account and did not read one domain, so another 24-48 hours waiting for your billing department to straighten out my account, or at least to respond to the ticket.

This is just unfortunate. Only customer service might be able to help you on this. Probably try to call them too and see if you can talk to someone.

No one in LP support or corporate (billing, etc.) looks at this forum on any regular basis. If you have a problem, be sure to open a ticket, as they likely will not see it here in the forum.
