no one is answering LP's phone

It is Friday. I'm a potential new customer and have been trying to contact Sales for some information all week. Today, no one is answering the LP phone. Neither phone number - Sales nor Technical. Is there a particular problem today or should I give up on this ISP altogether. I must say it is not an auspicious beginning!

What time was it in California (Pacific Daylight Time) when you called? I don't know how long the sales phones are staffed, but tech support only answers the phone during "normal business hours". There is a help desk system and ticket-by-mail available 24x7.

It was a little before 2pm today that I last tried to phone. I live in California. I'd tried to phone them a couple times today (still Friday). And I tried phoning Tech Support bz I had a question for them too. No soap on any score.

Both of those departments should be accessible during that time via phone. Our admins have been migrating a number of server so tech support was likely experiencing higher than normal call volume. IF you have not already done so, I would recommend sending and email to sales@lunarpages.com asking that they have someone contact you directly. You can also shoot me a PM with your contact info and best time to call and I can pass that along to the office for you.
