Payment monthly or yearly?
« on: June 29, 2004, 06:07:36 PM »
I wanted to sign up for the shuttle plan, and $7.95 a month is perfect for me. However, the total cost came out to $110 and change with a $14.95 domain name registration. My question is, can you pay the hosting fee of $7.95 per month monthly? Or do you have to pay for the entire year at once? Because....I don't have $110 right now  :? I do have $7.95 a month for the next year, though......

I know that, but do I have to pay for it monthly or yearly (say I get the 12-month contract, can't I just pay $7.95 a month for the next year?)

The fee must be paid in a lump sum to get the discount and avoid the setup fee. Have you considered the shorter term plans? They're more expensive in the long run but cheaper out-of-pocket at the beginning. If you get set up with those, sign up for an affiliate program, where you get $52/referral you send to LP. Two referrals could almost pay for a year contract. :)
