Support of PHP Forms
« on: September 03, 2003, 12:53:37 PM »
Our current ISP says they support PHP but we have a php form that doesnt work on their server when it forwards to an email address that has our domain name. The form works sending OUTSIDE of the
domain, so it's not a question of the script not working. The form is using PHP's internal mail function.  This in turn uses sendmail on the server. While I'm not a server administrator or an expert with sendmail or UNIX, I think the issue is in their sendmail configuration.  I think that there are "trust" settings and aliases on their server than need to be resolved correctly. It is causing us to get a 500 error. They are not willing to help us because we are using a custom form.

We are strongly considering swithing ISP's, and I was just wondering if you support PHP forms and whether you have had any similar configuration issues.

Thanks
