I have a domain hosted with LP now.  I just got a new domain and I want to host it here.  When I go to purchase the basic plan I am asked if I already have a domain.  So I choose "I already have a domain name"  Then I am confronted with:

"If you already have your domain name hosted with Lunarpages, please choose a sub domain, as your order will not process otherwise."  I don't get it.  I don't want www.MyNewDomain.MyExistingDomain.com.  I thought sub domains were free even though that is not what I want.  I want MyNewDomainName.com.   Confused  thx

If the domain is not currently hosted here as an addon domain or parked domain on another account, you can go ahead and just fill in the new domain name there. Otherwise, if it is currently hosted here, you need to select a subdomain to complete the order and then have us change it to the correct domain after the account is activated.

Thx, I get it!  I wasn't thinking straight last night, should'a went to bed.  Your sig. - I haven't thought about Rocky and Bullwinkle forever.  Made me think of Roger Ramjet, also.  thx, cheers!

Wow! Somebody finally caught my sig. Maybe nobody else is old enough. I love Moose and Squirrel. I remember Roger too.
