Hi.
I searched through this forum but I got two conflictin answers, so here I go:

Are email downloads and uploads counted in the bandwidth limit for the standard plan? Or is it only downloads that have to do with your webpage directly?

All activity on your account counts towards the bandwidth used for your account.

This includes :

emails incoming and outgoing (and attachments)

Uploading and downloading files

Page views
