Hi,

I'd like to know what type of Customer Support is provided? Either be telephone, email/ticket, online chatroom, and forum?

Since I'm not residing in the states, a quick response tech/customer support is critical for me and making international calls will be the last resort.

Our telephone support hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 8:00 pm (PST/PDT) at the time of this posting. We also offer 24/7 e-mail support 365 days a year. These forums are not for official support though you can find many helpful users here and sometimes staff members. We do post server notices in the forums.

Exactly, you can help me if I have problems. I am also using telephone and I will call you later if I have some questions. My friend is asking what customer support are you using and I will make a call now that you are using via telephone.
