You can add/remove/edit MIME type info from cPanel as well. I've done this for other purposes. So yes, you can add the content types. Go to http://www.lunarpages.com/new_manual/ and look up MIME in the index.

But LP won't, I don't think, do any WAP content trans-coding for you. Some WAP (WML) clients (cell phones, etc) expect a WAP server to "encode" the content into a bytecode that is then interpreted on the device. This was done (in the good old days) to ensure compatibility and to reduce the # of bytes traveling over the cell network.

But if the end device supports the content "natively" (un-encoded WML, XHTML MP, etc.) then you should be OK.
