 As the servers are located in Las Vegas, the content on the servers has to abide by Las Vegas Laws. However I do not think there is much difference on the laws anywhere in the US, other than some counties withen the states that have laws against adult content. Like here in foxworth mississippi, it is illegal to own or operate an adult shop.
