I just wanna know is Topsites hosting allowed??
If yes then which package is best suited for it??? and what is the price??

I would suggest you read through out Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy:

If you could give use more specifics on what you mean exactly by "topsites" we'd be happy to review.  If it is a type of banner exchange-type site, that would not be allowed.

Porn sites are accepted but not on shared and business servers. You would have to contact sales@lunarpages.com to work out the type of plan acceptable for a porn site. We do allow them for some of our plans, though.

Wikipedia lists 3 kinds of "topsite": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topsite

1) warez distribution
2) sites ranking top sites in various categories
3) Python templating system

Unless @AmitTeli clarifies which they are interested in, from the wording of the question I would assume "warez" (which is not allowed).
