Do you use T3 or better connections?

How many hops are you from your backbone?

Are your servers at least 400 mhz with 128 MB of RAM?

How many sites do you put on a server?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Our servers are connected to the Internet on a dedicated dual oc2 sonet ring.

Lunarpages is multihomed with NTT/Verio, Genuity, Global Crossing, COX, Adelphia, AOL/TimeWarner, Japan Telecom and more.

type "tracert www.lunarpages.com" (at the command prompt) to see how many hops there are between routers.

Each server has 4 processors, each running at 2.4Ghz, 6Gb of memory and RAID hard disk systems.

Lunarpages hosts over 20,000 websites, and at the moment, there are 9 customer webservers. When one is busy, a new one is added.

I've noticed a lot of posts of people asking pretty much the same questions.  I think it would be  agreat idea for LunarPages to put up a very detailed informaiton page so people wouldn't have to come here and ask every day.  I wonder how many people don't bother asking, and just move on to another provider.... could be good for LunarPages to have all this info and more upfront for customers while surfing the hosting page.

Just my two cents!
