You can buy two standard plans if you like, or just buy one standard plan, and use both domains with it.
Normally you would have 1 account, with 1 domain pointing to one website.
You can add an extra domain for free, if it is pointing to the same website as your first domain.
If you want to add a domain and have it pointing to a different directory, it is $2.50 per month. The visitors wouldn't know that it was an add-on domain, they would still see the correct address at the top of their browsers.
To have your domains registered on lunarpages, by lunarpages, is $14.95. If you have your domain registered by another company, it can still be used with your lunarpages account, all you need to do is change the nameservers for the domain, through the company you registered it with. Your servlet would be allowed to connect to an irc channel, as long as it didn't adversly affect the servers. If it was very resource intensive, then you could have your account suspended, if it was an extremely serious case.
It's more likely you would be asked to change or delete the script.
Nothing is allowed to run in the background however.
Your phpbb forum would be recommended, a JSP message board would be ok, as long as it's in our limits.
